Our weekly sessions are tailored to each group member’s needs and abilities, providing a personalized experience that will help you stay motivated and on track. Cancellation Policy
Booking Opens EACH WEEK!!! If you need to cancel and it is within the 24 hour time frame, please send me a direct message via text so that someone else can join the group. You are allowed 2 Cancellations (per month) until you will have to meet with Crystal to reassess your training agreement. Sickdays are not included in the allotted cancellation.
